At Cabiria we believe...

... that life is too short to deprive yourself of all the good things. We believe that food and wine are as paramount as life itself and you can’t indulge in one without the other. We believe you should share your food with those you choose to eat with. We believe you can taste the love in food. We believe you can taste the seasons in produce. We believe oysters are the food of love and they should be only opened instantly before eating. We’re not sure if wine actually is the blood of Christ but we quite like the theory. We believe you should be drinking wine that tastes like the area from which it comes. We believe drinking wine makes you live longer and happier. We believe that a lot of wine experts are irritating and you should drink what you like and take advice only from a wine expert that is not irritating.
